Kevin Edwards was presented with a SUSA (Safe / Unsafe Act) ‘Green Card’ by Main Contractors, Kier Group plc for his safety awareness in restricting access to a potentially hazardous lifting zone.

installation team members Kevin Wright and Kevin Edwards
The two Kevin’s are employed by one of Caswell’s valued installation partners, Modern Project Services (UK) Ltd., and were specifically inducted on CASWELL FIRESAFE® ductwork by Caswell FRD Quality Inspector, Cliff Anders. Experienced installers both, they still made time to gain even more detailed knowledge by participating in our online CIBSE Approved CPD.
As such, they exemplify the training, attitude and safe behaviours that we promote to positively enhance site safety performance.
Nathan Pinto, Mechanical Project Manager at DGL commented on the best practice employed;
“This is the first project that the Dodd Group Limited have worked on with Caswell. Right from the start – with the design, detailed drawings and on-site discussions – through to the final installation and sign-off, I have been very impressed. The engineers attending site – with special mention to Kevin Wright – are a credit to Caswell, with their attitude to getting the works done while also working safely out on site. This has been noted not only by DGL but also by the clients Kier Group plc and the Lendlease Group, who are also very impressed. I look forward to both the final works to be carried out on this project and also future projects with Caswell.”
